The Best Buy installers did a great job installing a new stacking washer and dryer in our duplex. Our tenants said they were efficient and fast!

Established the appointment months earlier. Had a tray available for the washer, but they wouldn't install it unless the tray was hooked up. We got the hookup done by a plumber and got a new installation date. When they did finally hook it up, it ran for a minute and stopped. They left without it being functional. We found an electrician that day and had it running. We won't have installers out again.

Hassle free installation. I have a 70 year old house…very quirky. They trouble shot all issues quickly and efficiently.

Those guys are really hard working people because they brought it up to the second floor and the first one was a defect so they brought up another one, connected it and alls well that ends well.

Product is excellent; however, the Geek Squad (Best Buy) installation services was very poor. Delivered in June of 2020 and not installed due to renovation; however, since 10/3/20, I had to reschedule 5 different times throughout the month of October 2020 (taking vacation days off work with no shows) to try to have a 4 person team install my new stackable washer and dryer on the 3rd floor of our condo.

My purchase of a stacked Washer & Dryer by GE is outstanding. AS usual Best Buy offer the High-Quality selection of appliances, electronics and professional services that I depend on. My personal opinion is I recommend Best Buy as a source for all my needs.

The crew did a great job very quickly installed and removed the old unit and it was up stairs so it was a lot of hard work for them. Great job. Thank you! Jon

The clothes come out clean but the washing process is very noisy.
