Excellent Product Poor Installation Services

Delivered in June of 2020 and not installed due to renovation; however, since 10/3/20, I had to reschedule 5 different times throughout the month of October 2020 (taking vacation days off work with no shows) to try to have a 4 person team install my new stackable washer and dryer on the 3rd floor of our condo.

It comes with free delivery and instillation and added protection. Having said that..delivery and installation of my washer and dryer was TOP NOTCH. Prompt Professional service is what I always experience with my purchase from Best Buy . The gentlemen installed my washer and dryer and test it to be certain everything is in working order. I will always purchase my appliances from Best Buy . It just makes the most sense!
