The installation was great and I really like the LG washer and dryer all in one unit.

The crew did a great job very quickly installed and removed the old unit and it was up stairs so it was a lot of hard work for them. Great job. Thank you! Jon

Everything went well until they forgot to put rubber washers in the washer hook up. It caused the hoses to leak on our floor. Had to call out the installation people so they could install different hoses. Better ask installers to check for washers, i will next time.

Works great, space saving, quiet. We even got it as an open box, and have no problems.

It’s said that with age comes wisdom. What also comes with age is the lack of desire to carry heavy appliances up stairs! Delivery and installation was worth every penny! Next up is a stove and you bet it’s getting delivered! Delivery team was courteous and professional and treated my home with respect.

Delivery guys were nice. Installation wasn’t as expected. Needs more training for the staff. missing parts and dryer not connected properly. Check delivery original product box for accessories before they take it away. Make sure you as a consumer are knowledgeable about the product and installation.

They did a clean, fast and very good job. Recommend.

YMMV, of course, but the crew that installed my unit did a superb job under tough install conditons. They were also very careful not to scratch my hardwood steps (my laundry closet is on the bedroom level) and floors. Total time to remove old units and install the new one was about 45 min. Again, my house floorplan does not make these installs easy. If you have a traditional ground floor laundry room my guess it would be even quicker.

Unfortunately, on my first purchase there was an error made with the required products for installation after a representative had apparently added them into my delivery order but I was told it wasn’t included in my order. The delivery men helped resolve the issue but, later my dryer system had an error. Appliance was replaced but now it is making abnormal noises unlike the initial one. A work order has been placed & I am now awaiting the next move.

The 2 gentlemen that came were excellent. The one was very knowledgeable. The were quick and didn’t leave a mess.

The washer/dryer arrived as promised and was installed efficiently. The installers were careful when bringing it into the house and cleaned up nicely before leaving. The machine was tested and we were asked if we had any questions before they left.

I am glad I had a delivery crew help install. They was friendly, clean, and very knowledgeable.

I love geek squad, always use for electronic stuff, but my experience with washer dryer install was bad. First... I could tell the guys were upset the machine was going into a small laundry area... Ahh,hellooooo.... some of us don't live in mansions!.. Why do you think I bought a tiny stackable setup?!?!??? Second... The reason I had to replace was because of a water/sewage backup and overflow BEHIND the machine.. As you can imagine once the old machine was taken out it was a horrible, crusted, odorous mess..& I had to clean the entire area! The guys acted upset again that they had to wait for me to do this, and it was a huge cleaning project...I told them to take a break, go get coffee or something, but they wouldn't.. They just stood there, looking at their watches, annoyed.. The odor was still sickening in the laundry room even after my brief cleaning,but I knew they wouldn't wait, so I said ok... move the new one in. 2days later I had to pay a plumber 150.00 to come, move machine out .let me REALLY Clean the space, then put it back. HUGE ORDEAL, VERY EXPENSIVE, AND DID NOT LIKE GEEK SQUAD ATTITUDE AT ALL.

It was a perfect fit for me. I loved it. I will do it again and again. Thank you so much.
