Great service! They took time to get everything right, perfect and clean.

The first go around wasn’t great. The team that installed my washer and dryer did not properly install and the dryer vent immediately popped off because it wasn’t properly attached and the output hose was just placed in the laundry tub so that it immediately moved and poured water all over my laundry room floor. After a couple of weeks, Best Buy sent another technician to reinstall the washer and dryer properly and it works well now. It was a bit inconvenient to have to have it reinstalled.

Delivery techs were extremely helpful and completed their work very efficiently.

It was a perfect fit for me. I loved it. I will do it again and again. Thank you so much.

The Geek Squad devlivered our Washer/Dryer unit today. They were time and very professional. They took the time to show us details and explain the product and cleaned up after they were done. Also really appreciated how the kept in contact with us from beginning to end. Thank you Geek Squak!!

The installation team was professional, worked fast, and were in and out quickly.

I love geek squad, always use for electronic stuff, but my experience with washer dryer install was bad. First... I could tell the guys were upset the machine was going into a small laundry area... Ahh,hellooooo.... some of us don't live in mansions!.. Why do you think I bought a tiny stackable setup?!?!??? Second... The reason I had to replace was because of a water/sewage backup and overflow BEHIND the machine.. As you can imagine once the old machine was taken out it was a horrible, crusted, odorous mess..& I had to clean the entire area! The guys acted upset again that they had to wait for me to do this, and it was a huge cleaning project...I told them to take a break, go get coffee or something, but they wouldn't.. They just stood there, looking at their watches, annoyed.. The odor was still sickening in the laundry room even after my brief cleaning,but I knew they wouldn't wait, so I said ok... move the new one in. 2days later I had to pay a plumber 150.00 to come, move machine out .let me REALLY Clean the space, then put it back. HUGE ORDEAL, VERY EXPENSIVE, AND DID NOT LIKE GEEK SQUAD ATTITUDE AT ALL.

The guys that installed the washer and dryer were excellent.

They were fast connecting the washer and dryer, even my dogs like him

They came in and got right to work. They were courteous and had their masks on. The guys stayed a little longer to make sure the drain hole between my washer pan lined up with my overflow hole in my floor. The only complaint I have is the truck they were using was an accident waiting to happen. BEST BUY these sub contractors you use represent your company so it disturbs me to see those representatives using these dangerous as well as dirty trucks.

The installation guys did a great job taking out and putting in the new one.

Made sure it worked before leaving, were nice and professional.

First group who came to haul away and install said they couldn’t do it. Made me order longer connections and hoses and reschedule. Was very stressful as they said water supply might have to be shut off which would entail building involvement. The second group hauled away and installed with no problem.

They did an excellent job installing and making sure it fit where i wanted it and how I wanted it.

The two gentlemen were so quick and professional with the installation! They took away my appliance with ease (and gave me a moment to clean up under my appliance for the first time!) and placed the new appliance quickly and gently. They told me what to expect and how to run my first cycles. Very please with the professionalism!

Good service, the washer has stayed working and in perfect conditions.
