The install guys were rushing the whole time and did not take the necessary care to install a $2,000 machine. The water to the old washer was shut off and they unhooked the old hose and drained them directly onto the floor! They made a huge mess and made me clean it up. They also were yanking and pulling the machines away without unplugging the power. Nearly ripped the outlet out of the wall. They were clearly in a rush, pressuring me to sign off on the install before they were done. They also forgot to install the drain hose on the washer and would have left if I had not told them to finish the install. Imagine if I was an elderly person, they would have flooded my house. Also, the best buy employee in the store told me it would be geek squad installing it, but it was not. It was some random 3rd party company and the guys spoke nearly no English. Unbelievably crappy install service. I know the install cost is relatively inexpensive when compared to the cost of the machine but it was: 1. Not even worth the $25 install cost and 2. Nearly ruined my entire experience with this purchase.

Installed new machine with no problems. Very fast and professional!

The Geek Squad installers called me the night before and the day of the delivery. They were able to install my washer / drying into a tight spot in my condo. They were careful to lay down protection for the carpet and had the knowledge and experience to install it quickly. I appreciate my sales person selling me the additional items needed to install my washer/dryer.

The first installation of our new washer dryer was a disaster. The machine arrived damaged and then the installers damaged it further by lifting the washer dryer by the top of the washing machine opening, bending it out of shape. Best Buy sent a replacement machine and the installers were conscientious and professional. the washer dryer install wasn't easy, but they made it work. We are grateful for the 2nd pair of installers.

Guys really knew what they were doing. They unstacked the old W/D and installed the new laundry tower in short order. Hauled away the old leaking washer too.

I have bought a 4 prong connection and they installed it correctly causing my washer and dryer not to start properly. I had to manually fix it myself after reading the instructions.

Took two trips to the apartment because first installation was done wrong and product no good because bolts and screws were falling out and machine wouldn't turn on. Had to have store take new one away and deliver and install another new one.

The delivery guys were wonderful - on time, quick, and did everything correctly and without a hitch. This was our 4th attempt to get the washer/dryer installed (first time they needed a part fixed, second time the washer was defective, third the washer didn't fit because they used a different size hose) and it finally worked.

New laundry machine is apparently missing a bolt so it makes loud banging noises during the spin cycle. I need to replace per the techs, who were great.
