I had the LG washtower delivered and the process was seemless. My steps are shaped weird, but the guys who came kept trying until they figured out how to get it up. Great service!

Disappointed the first person who came did not install properly. He did come back within an hour of letting him know there was a problem but it turns out there were more problems than we knew after the initial installation. After the third visit and a week after initially being delivered the tech on the final visit realized they vent tube had a faulty install because there was an empty soda cannon it! Best Buy needs to require techs confirm the appliances are working as intended before allowing them to leave.

The installers did an excellent job. They were well equipped for the job and took lots of care with the install. They were also extra diligent to ensure there were no leaks and that everything worked correctly.

Had LG Wash Tower installed. Very professional and courteous and nice gentlemen. Would highly recommend.

Need better communication between store and delivery department. Delivery could not be done the first time due to delivery to the second floor.

Delivery and crew where very efficient polite and careful moving the machine in a small space

Thankfully the installation comes with the purchase of the product, because if not you would hafe to do on your own and it's a hassle.

Five Delivery Attempts before I had a working machine. 1st attempt: Installation team was not comfortable with my valves. My plumber said the valves were fine. 2nd attempt: installation and delivery team forgot to bring the new washer/dryer. They refused to haul away my old washer/dryer even though it was a service I paid for and told me that the services can’t be split. 3rd attempt: New machine was delivered broken. The haul away appointment was set after the installation, now split into two separate dates by customer service and unable to combine. 4th attempt: New machine installed broken and installation team refused to take the broken machine always, providing false information. The haul away appointment still set after the installation. 5th attempt: Installed and working! The haul away still scheduled for after the installation. Hours and hours and hours spending on the phone with customer service to get my delivery right. Different information that conflicted each other provided. Confused at why the haul away and installation could not be during the same day. Took over a month to get a working washer and dryer. Disappointed at the lack of customer service assistance.

The first time the installation was supposed to take place, it never happened. The installer came to the premises, called me on my cell phone, and said he had been waiting for me for over 20 minutes and was leaving. I told him I could be there in about 15 minutes and had he called me when he first got there, I would have been there. He was rude, nasty even, and said he had another job and could not and would not wait for me any longer. Because the window for installation was so broad (4 hours) I gave the scheduling department my phone numbers and explained to them the premises was empty and that a courtesy call would be good prior to the installers coming and that I could be there in 15 minutes; that never happened. The supposed installer was so nasty and by not installing the equipment, it threw me off from my business opening date. We had to get someone else days later and had to pay for the installation of the combo washer and dryer. I never got the "free" installation that was promised when I purchased the machines. I think this is my last time dealing with Best Buy. I can spend my money elsewhere and get better service.

Best Buy guys are truly the BEST!!! They work to perfection. If there’s any issue at all that they detect, they immediately call their technician for resolution. Their follow-up is incredible! Choose Best Buy forBest Service!

Installation went smoothly. Very professional. Will definitively recommend.

I bought my unit on May 3. I had to wait until May 19 for my delivery. I was assured that the item was in stock. I was not contacted by anyone to set up a Rv delivery after the first one was canceled on the day of delivery even though I was not notified until I waited at my home at the appropriate time from 8 to 12 at 11:45 I called them that’s when I was informed the delivery had been canceled because the unit was not on the dock that morning when the truck drivers loaded. When the delivery crew showed up with the washer and dryer and I asked them if it was going to be possible to vent it on the side as that’s how my space was built and I had the sales person from Best Buy come and look at my install space and I requested a side vent, they informed me that the sales person will say anything they don’t know if it’s possible or not to do but they will tell you anything to get the sale.

The guys were great installing my stackable washer and dryer. I would give them an extra star if I could as they had to bring it upstairs and bring the old one down.

The team who installed the side vent was flawless. They are professional and flexible. I wish everybody was like that.

Installation of my LG Q Thin was completed seamlessly. It is a solid heavy unit and they had to make it work into a small tight space. The staff was professional and helpful and completed it without hesitation! Nice Job!

The installers had my new unit up and running in what seemed like minutes, and even took the time to demonstrate the basics to me. Excellent service.
