On the downside: 1. It took Best Buy THREE visits to get the installation right. 2. Best Buy forced us to replace our perfectly fine (and relatively new) vent kit and fill hose "because that is Best Buy policy." That certainly added needless expense. 3. The haul away of our old machines was equally bad as I watched the Best Buy contractors topple the old machines into the street en route to their truck. 4. Customer Service was sympathetic but unhelpful, doing all it could to prevent us from talking with a manager or a product expert. On the upside: 1. We had excellent communication regarding arrival times. 2. A Best Buy tech helped to ensure that Best Buy finally got the installation right.

Guys were amazing. They too painstaking care removing the old washer and dryer and bringing the new one in without scratching my hardwood floors. They were quick, efficient and helpful. Great experience.

Installation guys did a great job--on time, quickly installed in a tight space & took away all the packaging.

The delivery team was awesome, Victor went the extra mile to make sure everything was done top-notch.

Not leveled properly so that the dryer door doesn’t stay open when filling or emptying it. While venting the dryer to the outside, the installers caused the vent to become dislodged from the vent going out of the garage roof. I had to get another contractor to fix the connection.

The team that showed up were actually early and took care of everything quickly & professionally. Would definitely recommend the Best buy install team here in Gainesville!!!

The second delivery guys were great. This was clearly the A team. The first deli Rey service refused to carry up stairs.

Geek Squad installers were great. Ther were respectful, efficient, and careful. They explained the basic functions. Vert professional.

Very professional installation team! I unfortunately have had them here more times than I would have liked due to a faulty product but on the installation teams end they were great every time!

Complete kit to hook up your dryer, not much else to say.

100% one of the worst experiences of my life. They showed up at a different time than they told me they will and almost left because I was 2 minutes away. They were rude, I accommodating and left without fixing the issue.

Being a senior I knew I could not install the unit. The men who delivered and installed were prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. I am very pleased!

I cannot express in words how disappointed I am with the installation process. The team that came to pic up the unit was very lazy and unprofessional. He came and looked at the unit and went out and talked on the phone for more than 30 mins. Then I got a call from customer service that they cannot pic it up without any reason. One of them came back again and said that he needs more ppl to help him out and so on with so much attitude. Had a horrible experience with them.

The washer dryer is nice and the I got really great service from start to finish, and the price was good too. I am very happy i went to best buy and not some fly by night online store!

first team with a damaged piece was incredible. second broke my hallway lamp. the took a Nonchalant attitude
