Install was quick and clean with unit installed upstairs and running within 30 minutes

The installers left before the washing machine finished and there was a problem ( caused by them). It took 3 days for someone to come fix it so I was unable to do laundry which I need to do every other day.

The team that showed up were actually early and took care of everything quickly & professionally. Would definitely recommend the Best buy install team here in Gainesville!!!

Complete kit to hook up your dryer, not much else to say.

Very professional installation team! I unfortunately have had them here more times than I would have liked due to a faulty product but on the installation teams end they were great every time!

On the downside: 1. It took Best Buy THREE visits to get the installation right. 2. Best Buy forced us to replace our perfectly fine (and relatively new) vent kit and fill hose "because that is Best Buy policy." That certainly added needless expense. 3. The haul away of our old machines was equally bad as I watched the Best Buy contractors topple the old machines into the street en route to their truck. 4. Customer Service was sympathetic but unhelpful, doing all it could to prevent us from talking with a manager or a product expert. On the upside: 1. We had excellent communication regarding arrival times. 2. A Best Buy tech helped to ensure that Best Buy finally got the installation right.

Geek Squad installers were great. Ther were respectful, efficient, and careful. They explained the basic functions. Vert professional.

Installation guys did a great job--on time, quickly installed in a tight space & took away all the packaging.

The second delivery guys were great. This was clearly the A team. The first deli Rey service refused to carry up stairs.

The delivery team was awesome, Victor went the extra mile to make sure everything was done top-notch.

first team with a damaged piece was incredible. second broke my hallway lamp. the took a Nonchalant attitude

the installers were very courteous, professional, and efficient. I even told them that they did not have to take off shoes as it made it harder for them and they refused. Great boys!

2 geek squad guys installed my unit. They were easily identifiable and called before they came. They were professional and knew the appliance. They worked quickly and answered all my questions. They were friendly.

Bought this unit to replace a stackable unit that had seen its last days. Not a lot of options given the tight space but love the new technology on this newer unit and cleans great and dries fast.
