Bought a stack washer / dryer in early February and it is still sitting in middle of bathroom. The original installation person did not have a left vented kit, which was needed. So I had to order it and waited three weeks. The original in-person salesperson never asked about this at all so tech was not equipped. Bought the side vent and waited 3 weeks for it to come in. Rescheduled and again, techs said they did not know how to do it - it was another team. So went into the store to speak to a manager in person. Made another appointment and got a no-show. Called again and spoke to a supervisor in customer service - got a case # and everything! I expected them today and have a confirmation email to show it. When they did not show again, I called, I was told my appointment is next week. I am beyond frustrated. Best Buy does not have this whole Geek Squad thing down...we will NEVER buy another appliance from them and don't recommend you do either. I miss Sears!!!!

Never seen them, used by maintenance folks. Im sure not necessarily needed

Installers scratched and dented the washer/dryer and damaged the house in the installation. They cancelled the request to remove the old appliance and their supervisor had to be called to assist in finally getting it out. Best Buy did pay for damage to the house. Working with the insurance company required much work and was time consuming.

These guys installed a washer and dryer on the 4th floor of a condo and did an amazing job. Very professional.

guys were on time and did great job .They had trouble fitting it in space and really went the extra mile to make it work, Very profesional

Damaged the wall said they were going to have someone call to repair it but they never did. I had to instrct the installer how to connect the dryer vent properly so it didn't leak, it did anyway.

Men were on time any very friendly, they can do all my installs!

Had to replace the item due to a defact. Second install was not better. Ducting wasn't connect right. They came back for a reinstall week later. What a wild ride!!!!!!

The geek squad could not install because my renovations were not done yet So they carefully placed it in the living room

Washer and Dryer working very nice. Black Steel color, getting used to, usually we buy white, but Best Buy did not carry it .
