Service of installation was NEVER complete. Got the run around for the kit to be delivered, in order for the equipment to be installed. Washer dryer was returned due to bad service. Ordered Nov.5 delivered 12/4. Returned/picked up 12/15

First the delivery had to be rescheduled. Then, when the crew showed up, they had the wrong dryer vent kit with them and still tried to use it, leaving us with a dryer that would've just vented hot air and lint into our closet. Of course, we couldn't have used it anyway since they installed the plug wrong and blew out the power for our building when they tried to plug it in. After about a month of waiting we were finally able to get Best Buy to come back out, but they were missing the right part too. Also, it was a two person job and they only sent one (admittedly very nice) person, which left me to sub in and help shimmy our giant washer/dryer combo in and out of our wash closet with them. After yet another wait, and another return visit, we finally had everything working... Six weeks after ordering it. This, of course, was a super local experience, so your mileage may vary.

Best Buy sold me a defective washtower and it took 7 weeks for them to exchange it.

My washer/dryer location is on the third floor. Unfortunately, it took Best Buy over a month to get the "right" people to install this for me. Geek Squad told me to buy a side venting kit that I ended up not needing and could not return. Teams would say that 4 people are required, and Geek Squad was unable to send 4 people for multiple weeks. One time, the team no-showed. Finally, a good team of 4 came and laughed because you only need 2 people to install it and you don't need a side-venting kit. Overall, I don't think this is a good operation and will buy elsewhere next time.

I told the salesperson to include everything for the washer/ dryer delivery & installation & signed up for the membership since I would be on duty at my firehouse when it would come in. Delivery guys show up & realize there’s no dual hot water cable connection & tell my wife they can’t install it & just leave. When I called the next day I was told I can go buy the necessary part at their store. Cancelled membership immediately since Bestbuy couldn’t complete the actual installation service I asked & paid for. Marked our hallway while moving them in as well. Here’s a hint Bestbuy; a person shouldn’t have to install an item themself when they pay for that exact service.

Tub leaked right away. Best Buy will replace but we have to wait over a month. Not happy with how long we need to wait for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will function perfectly. Then I will update my review on the product. Very disappointed about the long turnaround.

The absolute worst service. Said they could not install because of the plug - refused to hook up any part of the washer or dryer. Refused to wire the dryer. Going to return to store - they told me I could not refuse shipment once the box was opened, I should have known I was getting scammed
