Bad, terrible, awful job

Said they could not install because of the plug - refused to hook up any part of the washer or dryer. Refused to wire the dryer. Going to return to store - they told me I could not refuse shipment once the box was opened, I should have known I was getting scammed

BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND

Excellent Installation

Disabled man trapped in home due to install

The installers never called, several customer service people I spoke with said they tried to call dispatcher with no response, was told they would call me back in the morning, but never did. The wash tower is blocking the only access for the disabled homeowner and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I have spoke with SEVERAL customer service people at this point only to tell me that they can reschedule the install. I was told that they rescheduled it for friday between 7am-1pm. Although it SAYS in my account it is rescheduled… the new customer care specialist assures me that it was NOT ACTUALLY SCHEDULED?! Now they can’t come out till NEXT WEEK?!

Technicians Did Not Hook up the Machine Properly

They should have tested the machine and could have called my plumber while they were at my place if they had questions.
