They came, they installed, they didn't create a mess. And they were pleasant.

They installed it very kindly and interestingly. I'm satisfied.

The installer said the hoses that came with the washer were too small. One would have though Best Buy would anticipate this issue. Certainly not the customers fault. THE HOSES CAME WITH THE WASHER. They also would not wait 10 minutes while I ran to the local hardware store to buy longer ones. 1] They should have waited. 2] They should reimburse me for having to replace the hoses the unit came with. So...they scathed off 'installation' and left it in the foyer for me to install. I gave it 1 start because 0 was not an option.

THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE UNIT. THEY LEFT IT SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM FLOOR. DID NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT.

Worst possible service from Best Buy. Purchased a lemon and had an extremely difficult time getting a new replacement. Got nothing but run-around from Best Buy. Telephone message is of NO use. No one will call you back. When/if you get through; you get passed around to many different departments. Extremely difficult to get to right person. Telephone customer service is terrible. No satisfactory outcome can be accomplished via telephone. I made several calls and still could not get any results. Even the manager admitted to this. She said it is best you visit the store. Had to go to Best Buy store twice to final get settlement.

Our professional installers will connect your new dryer, install an anti-tip bracket, ensure it's leveled and test it for basic operation.

The techs lied about ringing our doorbell and did not follow the employers guidelines of calling or waiting. We were home the entire time. The techs had to be called by their supervisor to come and do their jobs 5 hours after the scheduled delivery time. Then when they did come, they did not have the right parts with them and had to return to the store, which took 45 additional minutes.

Terrible experience with installation. I had 3 different delivery and set ups scheduled and none of the guys that came out installed my unit. The first crew told me I needed a 110 outlet installed they never moved the old washer/ dryer to see there was a 110 outlet already there. The next crew came out and delivered the item but left in my kitchen with no installation. My husband and I struggled and put it in my laundry room. The third crew came out to install but because it was the end of their day did not show me how to operate they were in and out in less than 10 minutes

The gentlemen that installed my LG WashTower were professional and quick.

The men were very polite and considerate and took care when coming in and out of my home.

They were in and out quick. They were very efficient, moved the old stuff out and put the new in. What more could you ask for?

No stars at all if I could do it. They forgot to setup up the drain hose in its spot and started the washer then left. It ended up flooding the entire floor in the house!! And they did that twice! By two different teams. Since my first washtower had issues with the dryer so I had to replace, which is fine, but in both installations, they started the washer and left the house only to find out later that the house was entirely flooded with water. It was horrible

Tools where easy to you when attaching hose to the washer and dryer

The service provider was rude, damaged my home, damaged my new stackable washer/dryer and I am still working on the replacement and getting adequate service. I do not currently have a working washer and dryer and have to go to friends and family to do my wash. Unacceptable. Poor experience. I am rethinking my relationship with Best Buy after almost 30 years.

I have to schedule one time after another for 4 times. I think the installer are just lazy and Best Buy might not pay them enough for them to do the job. Each time they just abandon me with the drier and washer unit in the garage. Eventually I have to tell the guys that I can pay them a good tip if you install it for me after I got the tip from my friend. So they did. If I had known a tip would work, I would have given them a tip for the first time only if I had known this.

The team was great and polite. They kept us informed throughout the entire process.
