Did not bother to check

Extremely difficult to get on the phone. Messed up account, emails and delivery address! Extremely disappointed!

Installer Crushed vent pipe

Worst Installation Service Ever!

This caused a huge water damage in my basement. I submitted a claim and have been bounced to 4 different companies, Best Buy’s installing company’s subcontractors’ insurance company. It’s been already 3 months with no resolution, and now they want to start the case all over again and are saying they doubt the damage was caused by the installers. No one wants to be accountable for the damage! Worst service ever from Best Buy, JB Hunt and Alex Delivery Services!!
