4th attempt scheduled - terrible service

Customer service sucks and hold time is always 30+ minutes. I’m beyond irritated I’ve had to take 3 days off and haven’t been able to do laundry in over 2 weeks. Please do yourself a favor and buy it somewhere else. It’s not worth the hassle.

COMPLAINT

The electrician we hired told us we had enough power in the plug. He plugged it in and it worked. We had to pay him for his services. Iam the one who suggested we buy from best but never again. We asked for a refund on the rangetop we ordered that was going to be delivered later.

I returned the first one, replaced it with a second identical one, which also was faulty due to installers repeatly touching the area that clearly states in RED Letters, 'Do Not handle this area when installing. A GE tech was called to reprogram it.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.installers were not very clean,broke back door,left water all over the floor and got bathroom rug soaked.Had to call them back to clean up water and to check for leaks.cleaned up after told also did not fix door(said that was the 2nd door they broke that day).What kind of installers do you employ?Dont seem to have respect for customers property.
