Pathetic delivery and installation. Basically these folks delivered but refused to install. a 2nd group arrived and did same thing, insisting I needed a plumber, refused to install new dryer vent or new hoses,.I have had numerous run in's with bad deliveries at Best Buy over the years, this will be the last one

Installers were knowledgable and courteous.Installation was quick.

Install incomplete. I submitted this before and got no response. If the tech had enough vent to finish the job I would have given an excellent rating for the service, purchase, delivery and install. But I need to get the install completed. Can you help me?

My installment for my washer was unfinished, Also was told the wrong information so i had to have someone come back out to finish the uncompleted job

I am in elite plus member and expected way better. Not because I am an elite plus member but because I was just a customer. It was awful, they didn’t install anything and left it my garage. The two guys that came said they just couldn’t take it up the steps which is ridiculous because I just called someone else of thumbtack and they came and did it within the hour. Best buy has got to do better. Whatever you guys are using, they’re awful

The same thing happened with the game play of the season finale

At the first sign of an issue, they wanted to just leave after I waited for them for hours, Rude.

The stackable machine was working in less than 10 minutes.

My delivery was a shambles. They scraped and broke my laundry unit. They scraped the wall, broke my porch light and till this day noone has made it right, even though the pictures were sent in and the guy from claims came out. He down played the damages. Ill have to go to small claims court to settle this matter. Bestbuy your name is out there when deliveries take place , it makes you look guilty as well because you sent them with the merchandise.

The did not secure the hot water line properly...started leaking. Did not offer to reverse doors...didnt ask how we wanted the placed..i turned them, and reversed the doors myself.

How do you keep a dryer vent attached without a hose clamp to keep it there?? I have no idea & mine was not installed with one. To the hardware store I go

Delivery no showed on us twice. No call from Best Buy. Product had been damaged and we were removed from delivery list. Waited all day twice. Canceled order and went with another vendor. Best Buy refused to make this right with us. Long time customers. Wish I could give them all zero stars

Installation never happened. Delivery day arrived, the unit was stored in my garage. The delivery driver was not an installer, did not offer to install, and I never got a follow up call to schedule the installation.

Inept installation, left loading bar in drum, connected hot and cold backwards and told me the dryer vent was wrong and needed to purchase another even though when I had my friend come over to help me move the washer dryer to fix everything it fit perfectly. The delivery was also changed with no notice to me but was contacted numerous times either by call or email to make sure I’d be there for original delivery.

3 months later, 10 missed appointments and still no install complete. I ended up doing myself. Oh and created a case only to get a dial tone every time. Honestly go anywhere else and you will have a better experience than here. Best Buy you owe me money
