The worst !! They didn’t hook it up at all , just pushed it in and never turned the water on all the way or hook up the dryer vent ! The other guys came in a few weeks and fixed it , they couldn’t believe it ! Could have been a very bad situation! And no money was given back

The installers did not have the parts that we ordered. The installation was sub-standard and not acceptable to us.

Best Buy came a total of FOUR times -first installer broke the legs & then my washer wouldn't lock or keep washing-it just shut off. They delivered a new set, dryer didn't work. Then they sent someone that was not a repairman. I now have my THIRD set & it is working . Worst experience ever!

The delivery crew did not install the unit correctly and we have spent a month trying to have it corrected. Still working on it as of 2/21/20

BEST BUY DELIVERED DAMAGED GOODS SO NO INSTALL AND THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH IF THEY COULD GET ANOTHER ONE ORDERED AND INSTALLED> I HAVE TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON> BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE UNABLE TO HELP OR GET TO THE BOTTOM ISSUE

During the installation of our new washer and dryer the installers forgot to reattach the drain line. When we finished our first load in the new machine, our downstairs neighbors informed us that we were flooding their condo! We immediately stopped the machine and called the installers back out to correct the issue. They are handling the damages but it was a headache for all involved.

Horrible ,, they are not best but employees they contract them out Does little English and know nothing about installation ,, they messed up motherboard upon installation ,, they told me the first time they couldn’t install until a plumber came out a replaced valves ,, I paid a plumber 100 dollars to tell me my valves were fine ,,, lazy and no experience

The installers messed up my flooring. The process to get this fixed is a joke. It’s been almost a month now since it happened and no result of how it’s getting fixed has been confirmed.

This installation service was terrible. Not only did the technicians ignore my requests to properly stabilize the washer, they refused to test the product to ensure it worked before they left, leaving me with a machine that ended up being defective. It was frustrating and has made so much more work for me to try to get it fixed.

Purchased smart LG stackable washer and dryer with installation just 14 months ago. My washer is now leaking due to poor installation. Outside of warranty date and they want to charge me $125 just to diagnose. No thanks.

Worst experience ever for delivery and install the entire process was 6 attempts in 5 weeks to complete with 2 repair appointments the GeekSquad and Best Buy people awesome but Pilot Delivery cannot be trusted

Installers came three hours late. When they saw that they needed a different electric plug, we called our electrician, and he said just set it up and he'd wire it in the morning (it was already late afternoon) Installers then REFUSED TO EVEN BRING THE UNIT INSIDE AND LEFT IT ON THE BACK STOOP.

All they did was plug it in. I had to go out and get a dryer hose and install that myself which was a bit of a pain because the appliance was already set in place in the way of me installing the hose

Beware that Best Buy uses 3rd parties to deliver and the one they sent me failed to hook up cold water correctly. Overnight a room flooded, wood floor warped and we have thousands of dollars of damage. Best Buy says call the delivery company and the delivery company says not their fault. Disappointing how little concern they have for fixing mistakes, so beware.

I purchased the install and needed the side vent of the dryer used, but the “installers” said that they didn’t know how to do that so all they basically did was plug the dryer. The guys were nice enough and professional and cleaned up everything but this was a delivery and not an install. So a waste of money in my opinion.

Was told by the installer (3rd party) that the LG Washtower I ordered would not fit in my laundry closet. When I then cancelled and ordered a compact washer the 2nd delivery team asked why I bought such a small unit. Turns out the Washtower would have fit but the delivery guy was too lazy to carry it up 2 flights of stairs.

Service very poor , the installation of the semi regid pipeline was wrong they did not installed properly. I end up spending 150 Dlrs for a handyman to come ove to reinstall the machine

What a disastrous experience that went on for a month. The unit was delivered June 2nd and wasn’t installed unit the first of July. 4 different times and installers came to my residence and no one could install it.

My delivery was a mess Theyvput a hole in my by-fold door and door frame. Now a lady called me and I got the estimate she asked for. That was a week ago and I have not heard one word from her. I am leaving for Tx and want this resolved. Why no communication

Ordered stackable washer dryer i will never order appliance from here that will need to be install by the company Best Buys uses to install the equipment they ruin my floors they had no idea what they were doing broke water turn knob then lied about all damages Best Buy need to look into better installation service
