There was a problem with the original install (not completed by the Best Buy team) The help line was able to diagnose the issue and walk us through the solution. So great!

first one was defective- this one seems to be working great!

Installation was very good and professional. The team of two did a great job. Unfortunately, the wrong product was sent and I have been disappointed in the amount of time it has taken to try to get the correct appliance sent and installed. It is going on two months now.

The Installation was horrible. The Installer used every trick in the book to not complete the installation. They literally came in with a tape measure and said the Laundry Unit wouldn't fit, when I informed them it would, the Lead installer then pulls out his camera and takes a picture of the water connection and says the valves are old and won't work and he can't finish. He never tried to connect the water, 30amp power cord or flexible duct to the dryer vent and then stated I needed to get a Plumber out and then they would come back.

The young men who installed my laundry center were punctual, courteous and efficient. True professionals. I couldn't have asked for better service. Five stars!

My delivery was scheduled for TODAY. The delivery team came, did a walk-through of the path for delivery & installation and OK’d all of what they examined and what i cleared out for them for the delivery path in my home. The only issue they came across was that they only had TWO Delivery Team members with them present. I was informed that the LG WashTower appliance I ordered requires at least 3 to carry up to the second floor. Mind you: I CLEARLY MADE THE NOTE AHEAD OF TIME DIRECTLY IN MY ORDER AND CALLED BEST BUY / GEEK SQUAD TWICE BEFORE DELIVERY DATE TO CONFIRM WITH A LIVE CUSTOMER SVC REP THAT THIS WAS TO BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ON THE 2ND FLOOR. Ultimately, the Delivery Team of two people told me that Best Buy will be contacting me to reschedule delivery for a different date. Why do i have to rearrange my plans AFTER taking initiative to ensure my delivery and install is carried out successfully when Best Buy cannot even due their basic communication part to their Third Party Delivery team and pass on my notes!? I called Best Buy customer service who also could not ultimately help me to reschedule for the following day and left me paying the price for THEIR lack of communication and mistake. I expect that they will compensate and resolve and prioritize this issue professionally since they lack the ability to do any part of this correctly with their delivery & logistics partners.

The product is excellent. And the service was great. It’s perfect for my 1 bedroom apartment. I have No complaint.

We couldn’t have asked for better service on installation and on a return trip to install a back-ordered part. Highly recommend Best Buy for tge appliances and for the service/suppoort

Fish and Jacob did a great job. They were pleasant even after hauling the washer dryer up a flight of stairs and the old ones downstairs! Fish explained how to use the appliance and ran them through a cycle.

Best Buys appliance install was quick and the techs has great customer service.

Quick and efficient! I would hire them again for stacking and installing a dryer that i didn't even purchase from BestBuy. First class service!

the delivery company lied when they stated that no one was one. I was waiting for them outside. Also, they did not call an hour before delivery like they were supposed to. I had to call to reschedule and they reschedule me 5 days later. the delivery person, Angel, was fantastic but the delivery was 5 days late and my tenant was irrate!

The installation for the washer and dryer was horrible!!!! That totally scratched and damaged the wood floor. This will cost thousands to fix. Not to mention the time and effort to fix it! They pushed the unit in and did not take the time to cover the floor before bringing it in. Very sad service!
