Love the concept of this washer/dryer combo. I’m not fond of the smell of what I assume is the heat pump dryer but it is nice to not deal with the vent issue. Also there is quite a bit of staying on top of wiping down rubber flange inside door. Still getting used to it.

Still learning how to use this machine-- so far it is the best purchase I have bought in a long time. I love the combo even though it takes longer to do one load. The concept of not having to transfer a wet load to a dryer is awesome! For those who have a big family, I would buy 2 combos!

It took three times but they finally got it hooked up but still not running I had to call an electrician

Install went smoothly and was very easy. They set it up very quickly with no issues. Only added b/c it was included with my membership; otherwise, the washer-dry combo was likely an easy installation.

This is a hard one to rate. The first time my machine was delivered, the driver was ok, ut his assistant was angry and you could tell. There was some confusion regarding it being the correct machine, when i said we meeded to figure it out, i was told by the drive that i had ordered the wrong system. They manhandled the machine back onto the truck. Once it was figured out...the machine was returned ro me by a different crew. A very kind crew! When they re-delivered the machine. The was a huge dent in the side where the straping had been cinched so tight it creased the metal casing. This new team explained my option and helped me work it out, took pictures of the damage and where on their way. I would give the first team a -5, and the second team a 10+. So this rating is totally for the second delivery team.

GE profile laundry combo install went really well. We had snow and ice but the guys did a great job getting it in. They set it up and showed me where everything was and how it worked. I love this unit.
