Like the lack of need for lint exhaust as these are dangerous in condos because of the length of duct. Nice to not have to transfer washer to dryer to dry the load. Also like the ability to operate on 110V, as this frees up the 220V outlet to provide 2 110V outlets. Ted D. Bek It'

He was clearly in a rush & didn't know much!

I asked several clear direct questions regarding its use & proper care, cleaning & maintenance, but I received all the wrong answers or he just didn't know. He rushed through things & didn't even run the "recommended 1st cycle" like he said he wanted to. He just set it to a quick 15 min wash & said that should be ok. He also left parts on top of the washer on his way out & said nothing to me about it... I ended up getting stuck on the phone so had to let them finish up without me right by them. The hoses are in a jumbled mess, it's leaking water by the spigots after just 1 use that I have to keep soaking up so it doesn't leak down the wall, the shell has a rattle to it that stops when a bit of pressure is applied & the drain hose sounds like it's getting exorcised at the end of the cycles. I have to reach out to repairs now.
