We had to call them back out because it the drain was over flowing. The power of water draining out is faster than normal so smaller drain needed to be snaked

Nice concept

I had to dry my mid size load 3 times for actually get it dry. Love the fact it is a space saver and the way the machine looks. But over disappointed in the performance.

Horrible, inadequate install

Kept insisting couldn’t be installed with the stand (pedestal) I had purchased. After telling them we had measured, one guy held his tape off the floor by an inch & said it would not fit! It did fit. When they realized the cap was on the drain line, they had us call our building superintendent to come take it off. He immediately came, took it off, & the guys just disappeared . They never said anything! It is totally unbalanced! Shakes terribly! They never finished the install!
