Ended up carrying the heaviest model (317 lbs) they sell up a flight of stairs with my 14 year old son. Not a fan of their delivery and install service

Once they were dry, everything was twisted together and very wrinkled. I only washed large loads, so I’m not sure if that affected the performance. I love the idea of a washer-dryer combo, but I’m giving it 2 stars because of these issues.

Never again will i buy from Best Buy .

I can certainly understand that some installs are easier then others. The rep recommended the wrong product which had to be returned and credited back which also was inconvenient. The delivery was fine however the "professional installation" turned out to be a guy that took out an adapter for the drain hose, I then found out the hard way that was a mistake. The first load flooded my laundry area...NOT HAPPY! I guess I should've double checked beforehand, that's my bad, but I put too much confidence into the "professional installation" part.

This us my second washer and fourth pedestal and i bought the combo in November, delivery took three times to get right. The installation has never been right until i got G.E to come out and take a look. G.E was great said once again the unit was installed wrong. Each and everytime i got a new washer and pedestal it came damaged. I would urge you to think twice before buying a large appliance from best buy.

They arrived on time and had the unit installed quickly. There was a small blemish on the side of the unit, but the Installers contacted their manager right away and they got everything worked out to my complete satisfaction.
