The men who installed my machine were polite and considerate. They were neat, quick and efficient. They did a test run to make sure no leaks were found. They leveled the new machine. Took the old machines out.

I have always wanted one of these and decided it was time the washer and dryer I had was horrible making my clothes stink. It’s nice being able to put your detergent and your softener in and not have to worry about filling it up for a while.

There was a language barrier with the installers. If I hadn’t been there they would have left a huge piece of styrofoam underneath next to wiring leaving a potential fire hazard. I also had to point out that the unit was not level. They did hook everything up and took care of the trash.

Bestbuy is the store of choice for me because it has the best selection and quality for me and my family and Friends. Keep upgrading and getting better quality products.

Install and delivery was amazing. They where very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love the GE profile all in one, but the delivery and install was a bit of a struggle. It took three trips 5 days apart to finally install the combo. First delivery was the machine and pedalstool. However when they unboxed the pedalstool it was cracked. So they installed the washer only to return in a week and uninstall and flip it over to install the pedalstool. But did not install the stabilizing feet. So another week later they returned again to uninstall the washer and flip it over…forgetting to remove the drawers with soap and fabric softener. It was reinstalled for a third time and is working well. The installers were very nice, but the process was frustrating.

Oh I have never been so happy with a purchase and the installation service as much as Today. The Delivery Representative were very professional and vey helpful.

The installers were excellent, explained everything, cleaned up, were careful. However they left some knid of styrofoam int he Sidekick washer that makes the door hard to open and leaves white balls all over when opening/closing. I need Someone to come and fix it please.

The installation went smooth. The best installers were very knowledgeable about the product and how to install.

This is the best product. It even has less wrinkles than separate units we owned on the past.

I put in a light load and what its has done so far is just run three cycles. And not dry a single article of clothing im beyond upest. I bought this becasue the reviews were wonderful and now its just completely letting me down.
