It's loud but the quality when it is loud is poor at best. It will vibrate itself off of surfaces at higher volumes as well. The call quality for the user is pretty good but for the person on the other end of the call it's bad quality. It will not auto connect to the phone nor will it disconnect easily when done using it. I got it on sale and very happy I did but even at the sale price it was not worth it. May want to spend your hard earned money on a different product.
