Ever since i bought my mini lifejacket 2 a couple years ago ive Really been a big fan of Altec Lansing and these Super Durable, Ultra Waterproof speakers. Ive literally played catch with my mini lifejacket 2 in the middle of lake Erie (well not literally the middle but in atleast 10 feet of water) with the speaker playing the whole time, and no need to worry about it dropping out of the boat. It Floats! With being so satisfied with the Lifejacket 2 i decided to upgrade to the BoomJacket 2 while they are on sale this year and id say its about twice as loud, the difference between the two is that the Boomjacket 2 has speakers on both sides of it, as the Lifejacket 2 has forward facing speakers. Having speakers on both sides really makes it easy for the Boomjacket 2 to fill a large room with sound. i would definitely recommend both of them, it just matters how much sound you want to broadcast. I feel like Altec Lansing is brand you can trust and when these speakers go on sale i would highly recommend picking one up.
