Purchased and within 8 mths having issues having it holding a charge. Called corporate and wouldn’t extend warranty just shy past a year.

Poor sound quality and low battery percentage not a good purchase

did not last half a year. Had to send the item back to ALTEC and its been over three weeks and they still never got back to me. The item was under warrently.

The volume is so low, alsmost no base it's just not worth buying. I expect at least some quality sound - there was none. This should be sold at a dollar store.

This speaker is garbage. It’s rated to last up to 16 hours and it has yet to last more than 4 hours. It also doesn’t stay linked with other Altec speakers as advertised. Save your money and the pain of owning such a poor product.

It’s not the best. When the phone rings, the speaker rings. It’s an awful sound.

You get what you pay for. The sound quality is fair. If you want a cheap speaker and fair sound this is your speaker.

Don't buy this piece of crap! I thought this would be an upgrade from the jacket H2O but it has bugs in it that shut the speaker down after only a few hours. It's a buggy piece of garbage and All tech Lansing needs to fix it

I've been putting its through its paces, checking for sound quality, battery life and range, and so far, I'm impressed. After I fully charged it, I've been running it with the lights set to flashing, and after about 6 hours of continuous runtime, the battery is showing 100% according to the Altec Lansing app. The sound is excellent for its size, I haven't been able to crank it all the way up, since my landlord would NOT approve, but I plan to see just how much "horsepower" it has first chance I get

This speaker is The best!!! it is 100% waterproof and dirtproof! so that means that I can use it for detasseling! there are not many speakers you can use for that job, but this one has impressive sound quality!!!!

Purchased this during holidays. Sound quality is good. Love listening to music on these speakers. Highly recommended.

For the price it is not a bad speaker, average audio quality, good battery life and the LED's are pretty cool. My issue is the speaker grill started to rust across the bottom. It has never been around saltwater just in the shower area. I would dry it off after every shower and still started to rust. Best Buy's coverage will replace if the speaker is broken but does not cover rust....

Bluetooth interferes with my laptop WiFi and causes severe drop-outs in mic and speaker audio channels. Mic AI noise control is slow to react and loses the first couple of words from a new person talking. Auto power down is a hassle at 30 minutes. As such this device doesn't work with a laptop Zoom meeting with live people around a table in a restaurant and meeting with online members. Altec Lansing Support has been incredibly unhelpful and says there is no settings accessible to work on these problems and offered no suggestions. AL Support could not even tell me the output audio Watts when I was originally deciding to buy this. The carabiner bar is an awesome idea but has so little clearance that using the carabiner is difficult.
