So loud for a small device

He uses it when he has friends over and I use it when cleaning house. It's loud enough to hear through our apartment and small enough to place it anywhere we want. The only downside to this device that I've experienced is that I would experience a 1 second delay before the start of a few songs but the problem went away.

Couldn’t believe the sound I get out of it paired to my iPhone. Would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a highly portable and durable Bluetooth speaker. Plays even while floating.

I caught it on sale for $32.00 and that's the reason I even bought it. I've owned some high quality bluetooth speakers such as beats pill,Sony, mega Boom3, Bose Soundtouch 10, and JBL partybox 200. And when I say the sound quality from the altec lansing jolt is at my top.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Speaker by far has better sound quality than the JBL. You get more clarity with the treble tones than the muffled sound of the JBLs. The JBLs also don't have any way to adjust the sound.

Sadly disappointed. The highs are like a buzzing chainsaw in this thing. It sounds awful and I tried multiple sources.

Customer service told me to 'discharge the battery' completely to 'reset' the system to 'fix' the BT connection issues. Completely bogus., as this did nothing at all to correct the problem. When I got around to calling back, they had record of my original call during warranty, but I called back after warranty expiration, so they declined to fix or make it right w/ me.
