It has good sound and moderate range, like my Shoks headphones, I use it almost daily for a few hrs.

Love that it has so many extras like wireless charging, multiple lighting settings, etc. WELL WORTH the money and a great value compared to the pricier speakers that do the same thing. Not gonna test the waterproof capability. : )

Had a broken piece when received due to packaging being damaged. Hopefully, it will not lead to a fatal issue with the speaker when placed in water.

The lights are sort of a nice addition for nighttime use and the little kids think it is cool. Now the sound is of course what it is bought for and that does not disappoint, especially with the Altec Lansing name on the line. It operates and connects effortlessly to streaming music through phones and such.

The sound is excellent quality and loud. The Jolt is the only Bluetooth speaker that has a mounting point that is the same as used on cameras so I could easily mount securely to my boat.
