Best lil speaker

Wanted something for my son that he could listen to while practicing is bass. All the speakers within this price range sounded thin and lacked any real presence. The Altec was not available to try but the construction and Bluetooth capability sold me. The added bonus, this lil speaker sounds really good. MUCH better than it's competitors.
