Sound Quality is ok but BT reach is limited. I wanted it to float on the pool water and Play Music. The sending phone Need to be right by the pool edge or it won't reach the phone.

this speaker is not the best quality, however it is a good start for listening to. it is perfect for a teen's first use and the price is fair. our grandson is autistic so we are happy with his enjoyment of this speaker.

Cool little speaker, every time I turn it on it greets me with "Welcome to Altec Lansing." in a female voice, I wonder if my speaker is falling in love with me :S

handy little device to amplify my phone apps. works well but sound quality could be better

So far It is working just as it should. I love not having to worry about the weather when I'm out hiking. I keep it hooked to my backpack and can listen to my music while I'm hiking or setting up camp. It works great and the battery life is impressive!

it's good quality for the price! Bass and battery life isn't the greatest though but it can get really loud! I wouldn't say it last 6 hrs! Maybe 4 max.

Bought this as a gift because they love to do aquatic exercise. They previously relied on an old cassette player at the pool, now they are self contained and can do it at anytime :)

Supposed to be watertight but the rubber outer layer was very loose so makes me wonder. Found this item $10.00 cheaper about a week later.

Great speaker but if you aren't holding it you can't feel the bass. Wish it didnt say " welcome to altec Lansing" when it powered on.

I bought this for my mom to use in her office but she is unable to do so because when you turn it on it proclaims at max volume "Welcome to Altec Lansing" and when connecting via Bluetooth it, again at max volume say, "connected" or "disconnected". I asked Altec Lansing if you could turn this off and they said no and that it will be disabled in the h2o II so I would wait and buy that one over this one. So I can only recommend this if you're going to be using it in a situation where it can be as loud as it wants.

This product has good sound for being such a small speaker. However, it broke during the first few months.

This is a good speaker for general use. The sound quality Is about what you would expect from a speaker this size. I use it in the garage when working on the car.

This speaker can handle whatever it is thrown. From water to sand it has gone through alot and still going strong.

This speaker is good for the beach because it does not give much radius sound so it won't bother other beach goers. Not great if you want a large area to hear the music.

While i liked the compact design and that it is waterproof, the sound was only ok. The bass wasn't deep enough for me.

This speaker is amazing. The battery lasts a really long time. I have only charged it once since purchasing it and it has been used daily in the shower. Great sound and really loud. Would purchase again.

I bought this specifically because it was water proof but I really love it! It's not "Bose quality" so if you care about that kind of thing this isn't for you. But for what I wanted it was perfect!

It is quite small and the sound was decent, but I was looking for a bigger sound footprint.

I bring it into to the pool every time I go swim. It works very well. You just need to turn up the volumn while it is in the water, because sound does not transfer in water as well as in the air.
