Terrible customer service

Just two weeks after purchasing the speaker it stopped working and won't charge or anything! When I went to warranty the speaker they said I had to pay the shipping fee and I needed a receipt which had gotten lost in my emails. Least helpful customer service department I've dealt with. I loved the speaker when I saw it at CES and loved it when it was working but the lack of customer service turns me off this brand and would not recommend dealing with them in the future.

Opened the speaker and found the port had broken off the board. I will stick with cheaper speakers at least I don't feel like I was robbed when they fail.
