    This is a great speaker, with a huge sound, problem is it failed after a week of use. Having to send it in for repair. Make sure you buy the extended warranty and be prepared to wait for 3 to 4 weeks to get it back from repair

    This speaker sounded great at first, and our daughter was thrilled to receive it as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, it is dead. We've tried all the troubleshooting ideas, but no response from the speaker. We have contacted the manufacturer and are waiting on a response.
