They're going to Jamaica and I wanted something that could be portable but survive being on the beach or getting wet. I also bought the Baby version to test it out in the shower; I love it! Of course, my kids have usurped it from me. Have to get another one.

I was tired of her walking around with ear buds in listening to her music. Now she can listen to her favorite down loads and walk through the house and she doesn't have to carry her tablet everywhere she goes. The sound is crisp and clean,and it does get LOUD!

Great middle of the road Bluetooth speaker

When spending this amount I feel there isn't much room to complain about it not having perfect sound quality as that is only found in much more expensive speakers. Mine gets the job done for me. I only wish it came with a spot for a carabiner clip of some sort rather than the bicycle mounting bracket.

Very durable feel

Paired easily to his iPad mini. Sound is as you would expect for a small speaker. Not deep in the bass range. Very happy with my $50 purchase. Full price would not be worth it though. If it isn't on sale, I think I'd spend a little more on UE or JBL personally.
