Only has 3 buttons, and it offers "phone" features, so be careful about accidentally calling someone when you're really just trying to power it off.

Very small package, but very good sound. Goes anywhere and retains it's charge for quite a while.

Looks great, I thought it would be a tad larger, but the picture is outstanding. Sound is great as well! Trying to connect to xfinity....a different story. All in all very pleased.

Works great for streaming tunes from iPhone. Only thing I don't like is it seems to pair only to one phone, and I share it. So have to re-synch the Bluetooth if we switch phones.

I did a fair amount of research and price checking to figure out which wireless speaker to go with. But the ultimate test is to go in a store and listen. While I had my eyes set on the JBL Charge (great sound), it was a bit too bulky and pricey. After going through a few sound tests, I settled on the Altec Lansing Mini Life Jacket. The price was right (and made even better with points from my card) and the sound was reasonably good. The bass is decent, and tho the higher tones could be better, all-in-all, it sounds pretty nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was, like others have reported, the *very, VERY annoying* power-on voice. Why some engineer decided to add this is beyond me (truth-be-told, there is no reason for it - a simple muted tone to indicate power on and power off would have been more than enough). There are *NO* options to turn it off and as long as I'm not using it in church or a library, I think(?) I'll be ok.

Even though I don't plan on using this near water, it is good to know that you can get big sound from such a small unit. Love it.

It can go through any Weather condition and it floats in water ... Just wish the speaker was louder

This is an easy to use speaker that has a robust sound, more full than the iPhone it connects to. My friends are impressed by the sound.

Wow! The sound really comes to life. We were going to get the beats but decided to save the money and we were really surprised with the quality. Would definitely recommend.

Was looking for something small that I could easily tote between inside/outside as well as on the go. Came across the mini-life jacket and read some reviews on it and decided to purchase. Definitely glad I did, as it was just the right blue tooth speaker I was looking for. Good sound, easy to connect and easy to move on the go. Def recommend and looking forward to taking this to the beach/pool this summer..

Easy to connect to and sounds great. I'm sure that you can find speakers that sound better but at this price-point I am very pleased.

I bought this speaker to connect to my wife's Android tablet. It easily connected and sounds great. Bass comes through nice and clear.

Best for the price. Everyone who sees it wants to know who it performs. Considered purchases others but finally select this one. There is a next model but too pricey,

I have only tested it indoors. still need to test it out on the water. the sound is good so far. I hope it will be loud enough outdoors

Excellent price & fidelity for a nearly indestructible speaker, really. It's all that's promised in the owners manual. Pay attention to the warnings & it will have a long indescribable life. I'll be buying another to mate with the first for true stereo sound.

This speaker is a novelty idea. Go swimming and listen to music without all the neighbors having to listen to your music as well.

I bought this speaker after reading many reviews on the Best Buy website for similar Bluetooth speakers. For the month that we've had this speaker, we have had no issues. It has exceeded my expectations. The sound is great and loud without sounding like a tin can. We've used it in the bathroom and outdoors around water and it seems to be fine in humidity and water. I'm very happy so far.
