Defective earbud

The right one started blinking red/blue light as if it is trying to pair with my phone. I unpaired and paired it back several times but it never worked. As lt blinks red/blue light, it just kept saying "max" non-stop and after sometime it will disconnect. I only listened to music through the left one. I am planning on returning it back to best buy

Very Disappointed

I bout it and immediately found it malfunctioned. One side would work, but the other would not. I reset them numerous times and still wouldn’t work right. I tried going to the manufacturer website but they said to fill out the forms below. However, there were no forms below or anywhere else. They, had phone numbers for help, yet no one answered those phones. I downloaded their app to reach out for help and the first attempt was unhelpful, and the second attempt had no reply at all. Even though the app said the chat help answers immediately. When you buy a product, you also get the quality (or not) of the company support system. Since I cannot get help through the company, a return is the only option.
