Last night, turned it on, connected my phone, no sound whatsoever. No sound when you first turn it on when it says “welcome to Altec Lansing”. Bluetooth and will connect to my phone, not sure what the problem is. Never got it wet or anything.

It was nice that it is "everything" proof for the just in case moments. Worked for about a week just played in my kitchen for at tops a couple hours then randomly stopped producing noise. Will change review if this is resolved, sending in defecting unit this week.

Big in size, No BASS

If you want a good speaker that is as loud as this speaker then get the Sony xb3. It's smaller, just as loud, packs a 24hr battery life, and most importantly has really good bass that is crisp and clean sounding.
