After calling their customer support they gave me no help and told me the manufactures warranty was up and they’re so sorry that the product just suddenly stopped working. They were not willing to replace the item.

No big deal, we took it back and they exchanged it thinking we just had a bad one. I bought the warranty for the second one we got. It stopped charging after about 3 months. Loved the speaker itself but that is ridiculous.
