    I was able to get the frame to connect to my wifi, but I was unable to connect to the frame remotely using Twitter or the Aluratek app. I tried over the course of days, sending 3 emails to Aluratek requesting help, none of which received a response. I doubt I would purchase from this company again.

    I have been frustrated with this product from day 1. I was finally able to get about 20 pictures on it and thought I'd finally figured it all out, but alas, now can't get any more pictures to show up. I've tried via email and also app. Both indicate a successful send, but the pictures never arrive on the frame. I consider myself above-average with technology, but have been unable to make this product work as advertised. To make it worse, the manufacturer's customer service number basically appears to be a farse. No one answers and no one ever calls back when I leave a message. I will probably just count this as completely wasted money and start all over with a different brand. No way would I ever purchase another Aluratek product.

    Surprised Best Buy would sell this item

    Bought this product in store as a Christmas gift for the Grandparents. I have decades of IT experience, so have seen good product design, poor product design, and flat out bad buggy software. This product is a blend of bad (non-intuitive user design), and very bad software that is full of bugs and performance defects. I am shocked that Best Buy would sell this poor quality as it reflects poorly on their own brand. I will be returning this tomorrow and finding a better product.

    Set up is difficult and not intuitive. Only works about 1/10 times with no predictability so we cannot troubleshoot. Bought two for two grandmas and regret both purchases.

    Received for Christmas present. Bah Humbug!!! Trying to get it sync with iPhone app was a joke. Don't try setting up on a weekend, they're closed so you won't get any support. (I guess they figure you'll use this for work?!) Any company selling a consumer product that doesn't provide 24/7 support deserves to go out of business. Save your $$$. Not worth the aggravation.

    This product displays pictures fine if you can ever get them loaded onto it. Two hours to set up another three or four hours to figure out that emailing pictures to it is nearly impossible. The app is one step away from being unusable there are several products that are better than this. will return it immediately

    Blurry uploads. Incompetent support will blame your crystal clear photos as the culprit. They fail to recognize the issue as a problem on their end. The 1.5 star avg reviews on App Store are a testament to this product failure. Do not waste your time or money on this garbage product.
