Worked well for about a year and now stopped working. I would not recommend.

I liked it so much for my parents that i bought 2 more for myself and my aunt

Purchased for grandma who lives across country. She can't keep it on-line due to poor wifi strength at assisted living facility and we are unable to send pictures if frame is off line. I have not been able to send any new photos since sending frame to her. Very frustrating. Also, as administrator I thought my phone app would show me all photos sent from all members, allowing me to edit, label, etc, but not so. I can only see photos that I upload. Very disappointing.

Loving it and the price is right, good customer care service too

Relatively easy to set up, and the giftee sems to enjoy it.

This picture frame will not work without giving all your pictures to an unknown 3rd party. There is no plug and play. The whole setup felt to me like I was allowing spyware and malware to be installed on my phone. There is no way to simply plug in a thumb drive and see rotating pictures. I called tech support and spoke to somebody who implied it could be configured to work in a dumb mode. He said he would call back, but never did. After cluttering up my office for 10 months I tried again today, same results, so throwing the picture frame away.

Hard to connect for multiple administrators since only adminitrators can add picture to the frame!

Kind of a cheap build (plastic frame). Stopped working after 9 months.

This is a great digital frame. lots of options to connect and show photos and more.

Photo quality was good. Bestbuy delivered it on time.

This digital frame is awful. I don't know what else to say, it felt very cheaply made, the display screen was terrible, none of the settings actually worked, and don't even try to download the app. Save yourself the time and just pick something else. We returned this almost immediately. Thankfully we tested it first because it was meant to be a gift.

Bought this frame for Mother’s Day gift. Wife downloaded some of her most favorite pictures on it. 24 hours later it crashed. Zip, zero, nada but a blank black screen. Pay a $145 for a picture frame and it lasted right at 24 hours. Went from being one of her favorite gift ideas she received to quite a did. Pretty disappointing

Would give a zero, unfortunately 1 star is the lowest. Purchased product as a gift for family overseas. Didn’t work straight out of the box. Returned from trip after last return date and unable to get a refund. Extremely annoyed that this product was faulty and we can’t return. Expensive and useless.

Don’t waste your money. I gifted this frame to my parents last Christmas and almost exactly one year later the screen went out. (Black with some pixelated lines running through it) This happened out of no where, it was working great leading up to this day and we had no complaints about the frame prior to this. For the amount of money we paid, I was under the impression we were getting a decent quality frame.

Don't waste your money on this frame. The user interface (in both the app and on the frame) is terrible, and the software has many bugs including a bug that kept us from being able to set the frame up on Christmas day (we had to leave it online for 24 hours before it would work). Instead, check out an Aura or Nixplay brand frames. Aura is the best, imo, but Nixplay worked well too.

Wouldn’t recommend. App so hard to use. I would recommend the Aura way over this product.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone who is not that techy. This is really simple to use, and will give you years of memories.
