I had to return it as it is too wide (rectangle) and the pictures do NOT look great!

Needs to be able to put pics in categories or albums, not just randomly load.

Please don't buy! This is a great concept that does not work. Have bought and returned multiple frames for all sorts of problems. If you are unlucky, it might work long enough to prevent you from returning.

PLEASE remove this product from your shelf! No product should be this difficult and time consuming to use. I consider myself an average user of digital and tech products but the time it took to upload and transfer pictures to this frame was horrific. I had purchased the frame for my father since I had just had all his slides converted to digital media from Legacy Box. I wanted him to be able to view the slides without having to use a USB drive. It took me over 2 weeks to try and figure out how to navigate through the setup and transfer of the pictures and once it was finally completed the frame completely stopped working. Since I could no longer return it to Best Buy since it was past the 15 day return policy I reached out to Aluratek. The tech said it was most likely a corrupted file in the software and they would start the warranty process as long as I could send a description of the problem and copy of the receipt. Aluratek did follow through and sent me a replacement frame but once again the process of transferring the pictures once again was excruciating.

Easy set up. Love the WIFI, from my phone to frame.

We purchased this with the intent on using the app with it to send photos to it. I was able to send photos but they never “arrived” on the frame. No error, nothing. Who knows where the photos “landed”. The frame works fine to display photos using an external SD card, but we didn’t buy it for that purpose. We returned it to the store.

I really wanted this to work because it seemed like a decent product. Like many other reviews, I got the Push Token Empty message after connecting to my WiFi network. After reading the reviews that it could be a faulty product, I decided to give it another try and exchanged it for another one. Unfortunately I received the same error message with the second one. Rather than just return it, I decided to call customer service. Their customer service is only open 8 am to 5 pm PST Mon-Fri, so that in itself is very inconvenient. The good news I got connected quickly when I did call, only to be told that since I got two faulty units, my best bet was to simply return it for a refund. That's what I'm going to do. Best Buy is great with returns and refunds, but there's only so many times a person can return the same item.

Not the best frame and interface is kind of crap wouldnt buy it again if asked

This dies operate. Not as easy to use at other frames costing just as much.

Works great as a picture frame, but missing some features.

I was so excited to get this frame. I’ve wanted one for years and the fact it was a large frame really made me happy. That’s where the happiness with this frame ends. I start to set it up and it cannot be set up because there is an error. I contact Aluratek after waiting almost an hour on the phone I was told oh, you must have gotten a bad frame, it’s missing the token. Ok, what do I do. Send us an email and we’ll send you another one in about 2 weeks. What!!! Rather than wait 2 weeks for a replacement I found it in stock nearby and bought a second one. Guess what…. The second one had the same issue. Don’t waste your time or money on this. In the end I got one from another retailer that worked perfectly out of the box.

This frame does not work! I bought one for a Mother's Day gift. When I set it up it said that the "push token is empty" and would not allow me to go any further setting it up. I emailed and called the company and after trying several things they said that I would have to return it. I then returned it thinking I just got a bad frame and exchanged it for another. I was shocked when the new frame also gave me the same alert and would also not let me set it up. Will be returning this frame also, and super frustrated at the whole experience.

The frame started to enlarge photos on its own and sometimes you could see the picture get larger and smaller while looking at the picture, we contacted the company and was told to reset the frame back to the factory settings and it started right after we started putting pictures on it and then it enlarged pictures so big all you would see is a foot and then it locked up and would not change to other pictures. We returned it and will look for something else.

Tried this out and while setup was easy, I wasn't impressed with the aesthetics. The size was almost too large and the bezel made it look more like a tablet than a picture frame. Ultimately, we chose to go with a nixplay alternative.

It doesn’t connect to any WiFi except the original one you start with. My husband set it up at our daughter’s house on Christmas. Now it won’t recognize our WiFi. No tech support response. Returning it.

I liked the look & feel of the frame, but unfortunately it would not connect to our Wifi. We even confirmed with our internet provider that it was NOT an issue with our system, but rather with the photo frame. While it picked up other signals, it would not connect to our home and would not let us setup a connection. Sadly, that is the only way you can upload photos (even using a USB drive required prior wifi setup), so we'll be returning it and looking for a different model. We did find the user interface to be fairly easy to use & understand, except for the wifi glitch.

I thought you could upload pictures through the app with multiple users, however only a single user can connect through the app to the device. no more no less.

Worked great for 89 days on the 90th day it went crazy, can’t get the controls to do anything waste of money

I purchased this but did not like it.. because picture does not rotate automatically.. e.g. if fame is positioned vertically and picture is horizontally, then it does not rotate picture for right view
