The frame works nicely and looks good. Only annoying thing is work through the menu.

Instruction were hard to understand but there's a 1800 number and they and the phone 9 am central time.

This makes a great gift, but can be a bit quirky. Need to make sure all images placed are sized correctly. Music and videos are glitchy, so we left those files off. Storage size is great to load up several images for hours of viewing.

The photo Frame works fine, but has a very limited view angle due to a fixed plastic stand that is not adjustable. If you could adjust the view angle, might be better, but I am still disappointed at the resolution. Especially in daylight.

My first digital photo frame. It looks great and works. .just wish it could hold more memory.

We are loving this frame! We love traveling and our pictures live on the phone or laptop and we never get to see them. Now we get to see all our memories and our guests love them too. No complains so far, the slideshow works perfect. I just wish the videos would play in the same slideshow and not separate from the pictures.

I am sorry to say that this experience has been very heart-breaking for me. I have been looking at this digital picture frame for quite some time. I've put off getting it because 1) it is a bit expensive, 2) I wanted to make sure that the size was going to be adequate, and 3) I'd hoped to get it as a birthday present in August. With that being said, my b-day came around and my family was not able to purchase it for me due to some unforeseen circumstances. A few months passed and I found myself in a position to purchase the frame with some funds that I'd been putting aside for a rainy day. I was truly excited as I made my way to my local Best Buy store to purchase my long awaited frame. As soon as I returned home I could not wait to open the box and begin loading family photos and beautiful memories of the past. I plugged everything in and got to work. After taking my time to load about 250 photos, I took a moment to play/view what I thought was going to give me a huge feeling of happiness. Unfortunately, I got nothing of the sort. Aside from the frame constantly freezing up, quite a few of my photos would only show sideways or up side down. Some photos looked like I had added green filters to them and cut them out of a comic book. I also kept getting a "Decoded Error." Needless to say I was very unhappy. At that point I had no choice but to return the product to the store for either a refund or an exchange. When I returned the frame to the initial store of purchase, I was directed to another Best Buy store that had the frame in store. Myself and my husband decided to give the brand another chance only because I fell in love with the size of the frame. I showed up to the store right around closing time and the associates were very welcoming. I was able to obtain a new frame with ease and was just as excited to get that frame home as I was the first time around. Low and behold as soon as I walked in the door I began to open the box and get everything plugged in just as I had done previously. To my surprise the darn frame would not even come on. I tried everything from checking my plugs around the house to checking and rechecking that I had done everything correctly. It still would not come on. My heart was broken! My feelings were hurt! I could not believe that I had done all of that and I was right back at square one. Oh well....I guess this means that I will be on my way back to my local Best Buy to make another return. I guess that it is just not meant for me to have this digital frame. Who knows...maybe I will find another one that I like that will actually work like it is supposed to or heck that will at least come on. As for now, I am very disappointed and I still ended up with no b-day present.
