Piece of JUNK!

I thought it was operator error so I read the manual to the letter and followed it accordingly. The unit would turn on and stay on for a day or two then shut off and I would have to pull the power cord to get it to reset and turn back on. I set the unit up to turn on and off at specified times in the day, cool feature if it worked, and this worked for about 3 days then it would not come back on. Only after pulling the power and plugging it back in could I get it to come back on. This is a pricey electronic device and would be worth it if it worked properly! I received it as a Christmas present and was just able to get it set up recently, unfortunately the return window has closed. I am hoping that Best Buy will stand by their warranty policy. Please advise.

Stopped working after just over 1 year

The manufacturers warranty had just expired. I am going to try the 15.6 inch and take the extra geek squad warranty this time.
