Love the bigger frame but would be nice if vertical pics could be fit proportionitly

This frame was a gift . I bought two frames on line ,more money and they are just plain terrible . I went to Best Buy and found this frame . The technical staff was incredibly helpful. Answered all my questions ,formatting and use 720 p . The sound and video is perfect . Sorry I trusted the horrible company online . Should have gone to Best Buy first .

Can not say anything bad, I was delighted with my 15 inch digital photo frame and the service was excellent. Promised delivery in about 2 weeks and received my 15 inch digital photo frame in about one week. Thank you Bestbuy.

Load grandpas old picture by take in picture with iphone, and add current picture from phone. He says just when he needs it most a picture of Grandma or one of his brothers or sister will come up. Great gift.

So far, I have only loaded photos; no video and no music yet. The photos were easy to load and edit, and the slideshow is very good. I wish there were a few more options regarding timing and slide transition, but the available options are reasonable. There is plenty of storage space for today's large MB photos. Very pleased so far.

After receiving the second one that worked, it seems to be pretty good, however when photos need to be turned 90 or 180 degrees, they cannot be locked into the correct position and you must use a photo editing app to get them to be correct. This is while the remote has a button to reposition them - but it does not stay repositioned!

Great to watch all of your pictures not just one but all of them

My wife loves to take pictures but does not want her walls filled with them. This digital frame was just the solution! She can now display her favorite photos and even videos she takes ! She is so happy! Strongly recommend.

I not only bought one for me but also one for my mom and it is the best thing I have ever bought. It is so easy to put pictures in it all you do is put an sd card or USB and turn it on that's it. My mom and I absolutely love it.

Onboard memory allows for large image storage for display. Was easy for me to follow management screens to upload pictures. Only wish it would display videos and static pictures without changing display configuration.

Pretty nice picture frame with a good quality screen.

The display has good color quality and nice contrast. I am using it for still photos, so I can't say much about video and such. I thought that the designer's navigation through the menu items was maybe a little more cumbersome than it needed to be. I would buy another, although it could have been about $20 cheaper.

I tried a few other frames but they did not handle tall pictures or sideways photos well. In addition to an excellent picture, this frame has no problem dealing with size or orientation.

My husband bought this for me to replace a smaller LCD Digital frame. Love the size. And it has a lot more features including a calendar, music, and a fixed picture option. Two things I would add. First, the slide show only changes from one picture to the next. My other frame had better photo transition effects (like fade-in and fade out/shutter closing/diagonal transition/etc). Second, in the "calendar" mode it also displays photos along side. The calendar is bigger than the photo box display and I wish you could change the display so that it could reverse the two but it's not an option. The calendar is still a great feature. And would be really great if you could add notes / important dates to it.

Easy to use. Great for grandparents. Will buy more.

Love seeing my vacation pics each day. Took 75 of my favorites and they display 15 minutes each continuously in sequence. Don’t buy a smaller screen or you will be disappointed.

I had try different LCD Digital Photo Frames and this one is one at a Kind I love it!

Bought this digital photo frame for my moms birthday and liked hers so much, that my wife and I bought one for our family photos. It’s LCD screen has great color and display. Will buy a larger one in the future for our living room.
