I filled this with photos for my mom who is in a nursing home. She loves it.

Bought this as a gift and the recipients love it. I didn't preload any pictures for them but they'll be able to handle that. They've already picked out a place to put it and will be adding photos/movies soon.

This was a b day gift. She loves how there are years and years of memories.

The frame was for a mother's day gift... I gave the frame to my mom with full of pictures from the family and my mom love the frame so much she gave me two hugs for thinking of her and the family.

I bought this frame specifically for the services for my late mother (1 service here in USA and 3 services in Mexico.) So, not only did it do a great job everytime, but it traveled rather easily too.

I was lucky enough to get this item on sale as a gift for my in-laws. It displays family photos clearly and accurately. They love sitting and watching it as they have there morning coffee.

I placed this picture frame between our Living & Dining area and works well. It has options to display 1 to 4 pics at a time. I have loaded quite a lot of pictures and it is enjoying to see those picture memories. I am happy with this product.

I have been buying digital frames since they came out but they were always too small for me. With this frame you can see your pictures so well and the quality of the pictures are great too. Love being able to display all my digital pictures.

I had no idea these existed! I have downloaded all my pictures (including my parents who are no longer with us) to this and it makes me happy to see all I have been through over the years!

We have people watch our pictures on this frame every time someone is over. We have it on a timer so that it comes on in the evening and my wife changes out the pictures every week or so. Very easy to use.

Had to return it twice i thought the first one was a manufacturing problem but it wasn't the quality of the pictures aren't all that great and the remote doesn't always work plus whatever you're trying to select how many seconds you want it to play for the seconds is inaccurate for example if you wanted to play for 15 seconds it would it would only do a minute and that would be the only option does digital camera album sucks I only kept it because I didn't want to go through the hassel to return it for the third time

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and took it back shortly thereafter. When I asked the young lady who finally stopped to help me which of their digital frames she recommended she pointed this one out. I asked if they had any others and she said this was the only brand they carry in store. She assured me it was user friendly and would work perfectly for what I wanted it for. Not true. This frame is not smart in any way. It will take the pictures you upload and stretch and blur them to fit the screen if they aren’t laboriously edited to fit the screen. The other option is it displays it small which defeats the purpose of the 14” display. Unless you want to mess with this thing every time you update pictures buy something else. Best Buy, get a better brand for your stores.

We set up photos of the family from when the children were babies through growing into young adults. It is fantastic watching the pictures scroll and reliving the past as they grew up.

This Is A Good Looking And Pretty Nice Digital Picture Frame However It Is A Little Temperamental When It Comes To The Files Being Loaded Onto It. I Would Say That About 30% Of The Files I Added To This Frame Said "Decoding Error"

Viewing angle is pretty limited. The first frame arrived DOA, but Best Buy sent another unit. Thumbs up for Best Buy, but product is just okay.

This digital photo frame has great picture clarity and built-in memory to store many photos. Easy to use and lots of display options and visual transitions. A great buy for the price.

Love the features. And it's very simple to use. Use place a USB stick into the USB port and VOLA! It's working. And love the price.

Pictures are good but it keeps giving me a message saying it went offline.
