We gifted it to an elderly relative so that all family members can electronically send photos and it is working as expected. We are all in different cities, so love this. It is quite large too, so he is really enjoying it!

Dont buy- Broken

Tried to return it and they refused. It obviously looked like it just came out the box. It's still in my trunk. I would never purchase anything from this brand ever again. The second one was not user friendly. Get a cheaper one that does the same thing. It can save you money and time when trying to set it up.

So so frame crappy App

Biggest gripe is the app. I loaded 5 pictures as a test run. Now I cant select additional pictures to load to the frame. I can load as many videos as I want but beware. The videos will be cropped and the screen goes black in the middle of the video. I wish I had researched the app before buying the frame becuse I would have never purchased. Boxing the frame up and returning to Best Buy.

Very disappointed Less then 1 year Black Screen

Set timer to turn off at night, then come on in the morning, running about 10 hours a day. About 1 month ago, the screen never came back on. Unable to find a troubleshoot or reset for this screen. Unable to get into the settings for a menu. Just a black screen.

I ask if it works as it should and is it a clear picture they said yes. I ask was it hard to set up they said that wasn’t too hard either just took a little following directions.
