Not as stable as prior frame. Since I bought this I have had several attempts by a "known" malicious IP to access my home network. whoever it was fortunately failed but if they keep trying they could get through. frame is made in china. Don't they have a version made in the US

This picture frame is great for anyone who wants to keep a collection photos in a stylish fashion. Ultimately I had to return the frame, not because it wasnt great but my mother-in-law never used it and put it in a closet the day after I gave it to her.

I have always wanted one of these, and I can't wait to get pictures in it!!

This is a great value for the size. Love the option to use 4 grid to display each of the kiddos at the same time.

[Employee of bestbuy] I love how the picture frame has motion detection and you can set up the time it turns on and off. I also love how you can switch it horizon or vertical and itll automatically turn the pictures for you.

We purchased the photo frame for our mother in law. She has dementia and the touch screen photos help her recall her loved ones. It has been a blessing to her. We love it! Thank you Best Buy!

Picture frame was broken when i opened the box but they made it right asap!

It works but more complicated than it needs to be. Approving email addresses isn’t easy and adding pictures via mobile app works 1/2 the time. Took awhile to figure out to close app and reopen. User experience could be improved. Works best to unplug device and turn it back on as it seems to force new pictures queued sending to frame.

Really nice setup. We found the 'quick setup' instructions to be lacking in some pertinent information (at least for a person who is not tech savvy). Best to use the manual, and/or online assistance.

Love it, but 1st one didn't work and had to exchange it. 2nd one worked fine.

This frame is a gift for my mom. Setting up was a little confusing, and the app is useless. Once we figured out emailing pictures everything went smoothly. We live in a different state from mom so its super nice that we can send pictures to her instantly. The colors are good. Even videos look good.

Too big in size. Kind of old school technology in terms of real time.

Not cord free you have to keep it plugged in. My wife loves that you can upload pictures from your smart phone using the app. Pictures taken that day were uploaded and playing that same night. Set up was kinda a pain, but overall ok.

Very nice, purchased for my mother. Great thing is being able to email pictures of her grandchildren to her and have them show up inthe frame.

Bought it January 2025, it was working fine until a week ago. Just stopped working. IT was totally nothing on the screen. Went to Best Buy since it has one year warranty, only to tell me to deal with the manufacturer. Now, when I bought this I purchased Best Buy Protection and I cancelled that 12 daya after . I was told that they cant do anything since I cancelled that warranty protection. Highly recommend not to buy this product. You might as well spend a Little more $$ to get good product. I give this one Zero star

Great product we got for our parents to show off their grandchildren
