Nice frame just a bit always to upload pictures to it.

We love our Digital Picture Frame! We display all of our favorite photos. We found that we rarely go through our photo albums but we see our photos on the Digital Picture Frame every day.

Nice frame, but it's a little hard to send pictures or video. We had to buy a memory stick.

screen quality was ok, it died not even you year old. I even tried a different power supply and it lust loops the start up screen.

Was excited upon purchasing originally. But that changed once I got it home. Set wasn’t that bad, was kind of tedious but once I was in it was easy going so maybe my fault. During the process the unit would black out and have to start over, that’s when I realized that it’s got to stay plugged in constantly in order to work. Which would’ve been a deal breaker if I had read that before buying this for my elderly mom whom I’m sure she’s going to want to pick it up to view pics. But she’ll have to be satisfied with shelf watching them. Once the set was completely set up though it looks nice. But if this is going to be set up in a free standing place without power. It won’t work for you. Find something different I wish I had.

at first i would have given 5 stars, but now when the power goes out the frame takes days to come back on... it flashes on and off all the time. not sure why... and would like a better memory on it.

A little bit grainy for my liking. I bought four of them and they are all the same way.. I've had other brands that have a sharper image than this one. Not bad for the money but other's are better.

Frame quit receiving pictures after 1 week. Email & app both will not send pictures to the frame anymore. Manufacturer support traded emails with me for over 2 weeks. Eventually they told me to return it. I returned it for a new one. New one had same problem. Manufacturer support then said to return and buy a different brand. Even the manufacturer can't fix any problems. They recommend you buy a different frame so i'll do the same. Buy a different frame. This one isn't reliable.

Good product. Bought for my wife. She said was not easy to operate though.

Pictures are not very clear. I feel the screen could be better quality. For price, it’s okay.

Is supposed to be easy sharing but its not not even with the app you can actually share it it has to be one by one which takes a lot of time. To expensive for what it does

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband to put in his office, he thought the size of the frame was too big. The box was never opened and we missed the return deadline for Best Buy. Box is still sitting unopened.

My wife love's it. She set it up and got pictures loaded all in the time that it took me to run out for a case of beer.

I bought what they had on the shelf. They were out of the one I wanted. I got it home and it didn't look good to me. I took it back with no problems. Thank you Best Buy!
