Awesome frame!

Dont buy- Broken

Tried to return it and they refused. It obviously looked like it just came out the box. It's still in my trunk. I would never purchase anything from this brand ever again. The second one was not user friendly. Get a cheaper one that does the same thing. It can save you money and time when trying to set it up.

Great frame but…..

Why can't I turn this off?

It does NOT have an on/off button. That is a game changer for me. It seems to be just right if I want to use it as a viewer for pictures on a thumb drive. I do not want to join some app and pay a monthly charge so anyone else can send me a picture directly to my Photo Frame. They can email me the picture and I will put it on the thumb drive if I want. I see other comments that says the resolution is not good. Most all my photos are taken or scanned with high resolution so that should not be an issue. So the fact that it is made to stay on 24/7 gives it 1 star. I started to keep it and put an inline on/off button on it but...No.

Very disappointed Less then 1 year Black Screen

Set timer to turn off at night, then come on in the morning, running about 10 hours a day. About 1 month ago, the screen never came back on. Unable to find a troubleshoot or reset for this screen. Unable to get into the settings for a menu. Just a black screen.

Bad picture quality

If you look at it from an angle the picture is washed out. Not worth the price. It was easy to set up. That was the only good thing.
