Email & app both will not send pictures to the frame anymore. Manufacturer support traded emails with me for over 2 weeks. Eventually they told me to return it. I returned it for a new one. New one had same problem. Manufacturer support then said to return and buy a different brand. Even the manufacturer can't fix any problems. They recommend you buy a different frame so i'll do the same. Buy a different frame. This one isn't reliable.

Extremely disappointed!

I was told they do not display any in the store. I asked if I could open it up to see if it was too big and if so could I still return it opened. I was told that since it was past January 13th I couldn’t return it or exchange it for store credit. I purchased it right before Christmas and I assumed I had at least 30 days to return it. I can’t tell you how infuriating this is to me. I have shopped at Best Buy for as long as I can remember but after my visit today I can honestly say I will never set foot in a Best Buy again. I will also be spreading the word to all my friends and family.

Terrible Picture Quality

The picture quality is hideous and outdated. I purchased the 10” distressed wood frame one for my mom and the quality on that one was 100x better. Don’t waste your money.
