Troublesome setup

Customer service (Aluratek) was helpful after waiting a couple of days to get in touch with them, but once they walked her through some steps the frame has been functioning properly.

HUGE SCREEN

Expected Better!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice picture but glitchy software makes it frustrating to have in the house. It has a mode for Auto on-off, giving a time setting for both. However, this setting becomes disabled after the unit goes to sleep for awhile, making the unit turn on at all times of the day/night when it senses movement. This is ok except in the middle of the night and the thing lights up the entire room. I suppose it could be considered a security device. There are other issues with the functionality of this unit - simply not well thought out. Given the high price I expected better!
