Expected Better!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice picture but glitchy software makes it frustrating to have in the house. It has a mode for Auto on-off, giving a time setting for both. However, this setting becomes disabled after the unit goes to sleep for awhile, making the unit turn on at all times of the day/night when it senses movement. This is ok except in the middle of the night and the thing lights up the entire room. I suppose it could be considered a security device. There are other issues with the functionality of this unit - simply not well thought out. Given the high price I expected better!

Not worth it

Within hours of putting in a few pictures the screen went flashing white and tried everything even reset and reloading the pictures and nothing worked. They have issues with this product.

Best Buy replaced it and the second one was dead within 8 months. We are left with the distinct impression that Aluratek is not good quality.

Poor resolution

I returned and bought an Aura digital frame instead. The resolution was so much better and their app was way easier to use as well.
