Wow this webcam is alarmingly bad for this price point. While the source content is 4k, it comes at some major expenses, mainly the performance in all lighting conditions is especially awful. Low light performance showed a very uniformly dark photo, but when adding light with my Elgato Key Light air I find that my face becomes instantly washed out. Color is also extremely bad with severe overcorrection, I have my key light set to warm white and I look like I'm in a block of ice in the image. Finally this camera has what I would consider a staggeringly wide lens, this led me to using the zoom feature on the top of the webcam, which showed a very blurry experience. Even at the widest setting I was really unimpressed with the sensor quality. Overall the build is OK and it does have USB-C, the USB-C to USB-A cable has quite a bit of length, but it does not include a USB-C to USB-C cable, so if you're using a MacBook plan to bring your own cable or adapter. Finally, included in the box was a piece of paper begging for a review, saying they will give me a free battery charger for a positive review. This type of tactic leads to reviews that are inherently higher rated. I would say for this units normal price, you should look at other options, even on sale I am still returning this unit ASAP.

Works well enough for typical web cam stuff. Quality is somewhere between a normal laptop/all in one webcam and a smart phone. Needs decent lighting to work well. Perfect for zoom or streaming. Got it on sale. Probably wouldn't be worth it at full price unless you needed a 4k webcam.

I guess the quality is ok, but I’m not the best judge admittedly. I expected to see video like the quality on my phone, but it certainly doesnt match that 4K Samsung quality. Not very disappointed with the purchase, but not very excited about it either. My first webcam.

My first 4K Webcam! While not all video chat services support 4K yet the 4K camera has a zoom button on the top that can seemingly zoom infinitely to your preferences. I use this 4K web cam on my living room TV and I set the zoom closer so it feel like I'm using a laptop, but when the camera is across the room.

Camera works great i was hoping it would in my USB port of my Samsung monitor but found out it was a monitor issue. Once I had it plugged in the correct USB ports it worked great and with the tripod ability, I can continue to make my training videos. I would recommend it

This is a webcam with good quality image, but the most interesting feature is the zoom-in feature. This is not an optical zoom, but a digital zoom. It is very useful during a Zoom meeting if you want to show less of your room or background and focus more on your face.

This camera is very crisp and the wide-angle is the best in the market. However, it did not fit my needs because I sit in the basement and that wide-angle actually doesn't help much. There is a zoom feature which is great too!!

I do a lot of online presentations, and had been relying on my surface pro camera and mic for the last year. This camera has been a huge upgrade for me. I’ve received a lot of compliments during my courses that the video quality is very clear and sharp. I also switched to an independent mic, so I can’t attest to the quality of the onboard mic with this camera, but the video quality is wonderful

I am a music teacher who needs a high quality camera to use in lessons. The image quality is fantastic and the microphones are decent as well, although I use a dedicated mic for teaching.

Need good lighting to get a definitive picture. An actual video camera camcorder or dslr/mirrorless camera would give a better quality if used as a webcam but it’s certainly better than your built in laptop camera

Excellent webcam!! Wanted the Logitech Brio 4K for streaming, but couldn't find it anywhere. This was shown to me by an associate at the store and decided to try it out. I am 1000% satisfied with this purchase and my friends watching say the quality is excellent. 1 con is that it does not perform that well in low light but taking the shade off my lamp fixed that issue very quickly.

Nice clear picture One thing I wish it had was a remote to control the zoom. The plug and play is really nice no need to download an app or driver for it. The wide angle lense is very impressive.

Very large for a camera but works great with zoom features
