But you wouldn't want to be bothered with it! Cheap quality frame, experienced many technical difficulties getting this to start up. This is probably my 5th digital photo frame, so not a user issue.

Got this digital picture frame for a grab bag they said they like it.

Bought and returned this frame due to the facts that the auto on and off features did not work. The frame then would no longer recognize the thumb drive. Instructions are not clear. Steer clear of this.

I am a photographer and I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my best friends. I was very excited about it until I loaded the SD card with pictures I took of them and viewed them on the frame. The quality is VERY bad and the frame distorts the images so that they become stretched. The transitions between images are also very choppy and “cheesy” like an old windows screensaver. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Kept freezing, would duplicate photos , slideshow wouldn’t work had to buy another item instead

I ordered this for a birthday present. It arrived damaged. The screen is loose and pushed off to one side. There is a screw or piece loose inside the unit and it is rolling around inside of it. Now I have to return it and get a new frame before the birthday. I am probably not going to repurchase this one - I have read reviews on it from other non-best buy sites and they were not favorable.

I purchased this frame because I have another larger Aluratek Frame that I love at home (14 Inch model). This one is for my office cubicle and is the perfect size. I loaded up some great family pictures on my cameras SD card and inserted into the SD card slot and the auto slideshow began. It's that easy. I love the random effects of the slide show and the crisp brilliant colors this thing puts out. I cannot believe the quarlity for the money and am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend for those looking for nice and easy. I've looked at several other 8 Inch frame model and I beleive this one tops the list in my oppinion.

Pretty frame but functions don't work as advertised. It should be a simple firmware flash, however, Aluratek don't have any published firmware, nor do they answer their phones. Worst birthday gift idea ever. Learn by my mistake - don't do it!

I purchased this digital picture frame as a replacement for a previous one. This worked for two or three days and stopped. It also erased all my pictures of my son's wedding. So I don't recommend it. I returned it with no problem to Best Buy.
